STEVE BABB of GLASS HAMMER. "We worked very hard to make The Inconsolable Secret something very special; an album that our friends and fans could enjoy for many years to come. It began with an obsession to tell an epic story through the combination of music, lyrics and poetry. As composers, we also took our first steps into the world of symphonic and choral scoring and arrangements. The goal we set for ourselves was this, "Lets make an album that (at least for us) is impossible to make." When we began, there was no epic 19,000 word "Lay of Lirazel" on which to base the lyrics, no choir, no orchestra, no outline and not even a hint that we could attract Roger Dean to do our cover art. But through much sweat, toil and prayer it all came together several months later. We present it now for the enjoyment of others. Thanks to Caerllysi Music for the support!"
